Can I change my plan at any time?
Once launched, you will be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.
Is there a setup fee?
We plan to have no setup fees for any plans. Onboarding and training will be included as part of your subscription.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You will retain full ownership of your data. We will provide secure data export options and plan to maintain your data for 90 days after cancellation.
Do you offer discounts for multi-year contracts?
Yes, we offer additional discounts for 2-year and 3-year contracts. Contact our sales team for custom pricing.
